How-To Festival on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at the Noah Webster Library, 20 South Main Street, in the town center.

Nearly fifty local experts, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professionals will share their passions with our community. Using the library’s public spaces, participants have up time to introduce a topic, provide instruction, or do a complete demonstration.
All are welcome. No registration is necessary. West Hartford's inaugural How-To Festival is supported by The Friends of West Hartford Libraries.
