The request is for the creation of a new passive recreation area and installation of two parking lot security lights. (1007)

Notice of Town Planner’s intention to approve pursuant to Section 177-44C (9) (b) and (e), a request from Modern Domains, on behalf of Brookdale/Chatfield for an amendment to Special Development District (SDD #41), located at 1 Chatfield Drive.
