16.  Notice of Town Planner’s intention to approve pursuant to Section 177-44C (9) a request on behalf of Delamar West Hartford, LLC for an amendment to Special Development District (SDD #140), located at 1 Memorial Road, formerly known as 90 Raymond Road. The request is for minor architectural modifications to elements of the façade (the main entrance canopy and the pergola) and minor adjustments to exterior hardscape and landscape elements primarily related to the restaurant outdoor dining area.
