Notice of Town Planner’s intention to approve, pursuant to Section 177-44C (9)(g), a request on behalf of on behalf of Seritage SRC Finance LLC, for revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #6) located at 1445 New Britain Avenue. The request is for a minor modification to a portion of the new sidewalk to be constructed along the New Britain Avenue street frontage and is being required by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation as part of their driveway encroachment permit.(759)     
28. Notice of Town Planner’s intention to approve, pursuant to Section 177-44C (9)(d), a request from Pro-Tech Energy Solutions, LLC, on behalf of The Home Depot, for revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #94) located at 503 New Park Avenue. The request is for the installation of a roof-mounted solar array on top of the existing Home Depot building which will be concealed from view by the parapet walls on the front and sides of the building. (801) 
29.  Notice of Town Planner’s intention to approve, pursuant to Section 177-44C (9)(b) &(c), a request on behalf of Delamar West Hartford, LLC, for revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #140) located at 1 Memorial Road. The request is for minor adjustments to exterior hardscape and landscape elements primarily related to the restaurant outdoor dining area and for a minor adjustments to the required parking on the lower, easternmost parking area.
