Notice of Town Planner's Intention to Approve pursuant to Section 177-44C (9) a Request on Behalf of Saint Elizabeth Manor II, Inc., owners of The Court of Saint James, for revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #38) located at 142-146 South Main Street. The request is for minor architectural changes to accommodate the installation of a flush mounted roof solar electric system. (981)

Notice of Town Planner's Intention to Approve pursuant to Section 177-44C (9) a Request on Behalf of The Mercy Community at the McAuley, for revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #33) located at 253 Steele Road. The request is for minor changes to architecture and accessory uses and structures all of which are associated with overall building renovations. (971)
